We’re proud to present our new blog. We need a good way to communicate with you, the users of Iconfinder, and decided to give our blog an upgrade.
The blog really needed an update. Posting new stuff on the blog was a tedious process, since the blog was made in plain PHP with limited editing tools. We decided to use WordPress (should have done that a long time ago). Now we have a much better platform to post new stuff.
What you can expect
We have planned a few nice things for the blog, besides regular updates about new features. In the pipeline are two interviews; with Dutch icon and Michael Flarup, Robocat. We’ll also be sharing more technical stuff that we think you’ll find interesting and useful.
What we’re working on now
As you might know, we have been doing some major updates to Iconfinder – mostly on the backend. We are close to launching new features that will let you buy and sell icons on Iconfinder. We post on Dribbble on a regular basis, so if you are interested in seeing screenshots you can find them on our Dribbble profile.
To celebrate this little relaunch of the blog, we’re giving away stickers to the first 50 users who put in their address: send me stickers.
